House Wash And Patio Cleaning In Spring, TX
We were called to clean this cool deck pool patio which was showing black growth on the surface. The textures on these surfaces often lead to water sitting and drying in the recessed areas which causes organic growth over time. We treated this surface by soft-washing with a biocide in order to kill the organic growth on the surface and then rinsed it all away. After the patio, we moved to the siding and the front of the house which had also begun to show signs of growth. In order to avoid damaging the surfaces, we soft-washed these areas to kill the organics and then rinsed them using low pressure. The end result was An Out-Of-This-World-Clean!
